Worker jobs we need next
Snapshot job: calls the owners endpoint, stores eligible holders and current USD value.
History job: queues wallet transaction pulls so we do not hit provider limits.
Score job: computes airdrop tiers, exports CSV, and saves an audit trail.
Guardrail
Score wallets, not identity
The backend should use Niu Lai holder status and public transaction behavior. It should not guess nationality or ethnicity from wallet behavior.
